From the movie "SAW". Insightful morality dilemma.

You wake up in a room with a reverse bear trap secured to your mouth and skull.
You are made aware of your situation by a voice coming from a speaker in the corner of the room.
The device attached to your skull is timed and in 10 minutes it will release and your skull will be ripped apart from the mouth.
There is a person lying on the floor in a medically induced paralysis (they are aware but unable to move or talk).
The key to remove the device is in their gut.
The only tool, in the room, to retrieve the key is an axe.

Questions.
What is your moral decision? To live or to let the stranger live?
If your decision is to axe someone so that you may live; who did you picture on the floor? Male, female, Caucasian, Asian, Hispanic, Senior citizen, teenager, athletic, obese, etc.
Now, shuffle the stranger on the floor's gender, race, age, cultural appearance, body type, etc. and now who is it harder to cut open? ...and who is it easier?
