How often do you eat per day and at roughly what times?

I work out from 4:30-5:45am and my meals are roughly:

      6:30am
      9:30am
      Noon
      3pm
      6pm
      8:30pm

8:30pm is usually a whey protein shake with some type of fruit or yogurt mixed in so that I have energy for my morning workout. Should I approach my meals any differently??

Nope, looks good. I would not have the carbs before bed, though. Even if you went low carb the previous day, you'll have enough energy for the workout. My schedule is setup very similar to yours. I like to have my PWO meal right after training, and then another pro/carb meal 1-1.5 hrs later.

My time is always **** different - I wish I could fix this somehow but @ this current schedule I'm doing whatever I can do and eat at the moment.

I have about 5-6 meals... and try to eliminate carbs and sugar intake after 5 or 6. I train at 6 or 7 pm until about 8:30pm...

I used to love to train early in the morning but now I love to sleep in and hate gettin up early in the morning esp. on cold weather.

I eat breakfast right when I get up and a meal every 3 hours from then on. Normally 6,9,12,3,6,and 9 like clock work. lol
I would also eliminate the carbs before bed. That energy is quickly lost and will not carry over till morning anyway.

i got an 1.5hr to and from work and this is the only way to make it work. i put on fat EASY, so carb intake is limited. i take most in at breakfast, then it's just the little i grab from pb&j sandwiches (i use that "health nut" bread) and muclemilk. i've had a VERY tuff time hitting 215 (200 was a mothafuker too!!), and not have it be all fat...i'm gonna post some pics over the weekend before i try to start peeling the fat off
