      on how to be symetrical? What I'm saying is that I see alot on this board and at the gym how so many of you boast of having these big arms. Well how about those shoulders, back, chest and those tree trunks(I call mine that, quads that is ) I mean my arms are 16' relaxed, good size IMO. But why do we ONLY concentrate on arms? Why not concentrate on being symetrical. I'm not trying to be a dick to those who boast, but then don't ***** that you need to work on your wheels, chest, etc...Do we all think that the ladies like that? Hell no ! They like a man/women that's symetrical, right? Come on, let's train the right way.

      I know I train to be symetrical. A balanced powerful physique.

      I train everybody part the same bro. I know it will look fucked up if you have big arms with no chest, back , shoulders, etc. Ive seen it one too many times by my bros who only train bis and chest. Im planning to compete next year here in my city and then go on to The MR. South Texas and if god want take it higher into the next level. This all takes time and patience. One phrase I lover saying is "THE WORLD WANST MADE IN A DAY", it took millions of years for it to be created. Building an awesome body takes time. But I'll post some pics of me in the near fufure. Hey Kid I know what you mean on people just focusing in just one bodypart.
