hello, i kind of need help, for the next month my eating will have to start from 7:30 at night everynight for the next month, cause my family fasts for the religous month.

I ate everyday 6 to 8 meals a day with my protien shakes, and i'm also on dballs 50 mg

I don't know what to do i know i'm gonna lose some size.

I work the night shift so i go to sleep at 6 in the morning, and i wake up at 1 or 2 depends on the mood.

any ideas for diets or what to eat since i don't want to lose a lot of size or lose my wieght.

i go to the gym 6 days a week
