TweetI think that the people who come up with these laws should be kicked in the teeth. If there is evidence that someone lit the country side on fire charge them with arson. If not, it is littering. End of story. This law won't last. It is unconstitutional, but then again so is property tax.

i agree....to many fires started that way...use the ashtray! most people paid 15$ for the "smokers pakage", so you might as well use it!
