That's the sad but true part! Then to top it off the majority are naive, and will believe anything the media or government tell them.

I think the big problem is that there is not enough new coverage that covers world news. World news that is on now only cover a small amount of what is going on and its only like 30 minutes. If I really want to find out what is going on in the world I have to watch BBC's news channel which covers a lot more then american news.
