TweetFrom what I understand that judge is shopping around for his own tv show. IMO, that's why the hearings were televised, why the judge was trying to be mr. comedian and why he was crying.

I agree, it's a horrible situation all around, I just question his sincerity especially considering that he's shopping for a tv show.

Of course its sad. That being said stuff like this happens all around the world. Smith is being glamorized as a sort of marilyn monroe. She's far from it. I don't know what ever got her to celebrity status. She was a gorgeous gold digger with married an 80 something year old man to get rich. She's never had a record album, never been in a good movie, besides her playboy spread know one would know her. She's basically a side show freak, who was googled and laughed at for being so dam funny when on drugs.

That being said again, it is sad and I feel for the little girl the most. But this judge is a joke. If you know anything about the legal system you would be astounded that this judge isn't lambasted. Fox news called it quite possibly the wierdest judge moment ever caught on tape!
