TweetIt gets mixed into one of my shakes. I don't drink it alone. I have tatsed it alone and I didn't think it was that bad. Deffinitly easier than apple cidar vinegar. At least for me.

I would think that would get expensive as hell. I'd just stick with olive oil for cookin, and flax for shakes or oatmeal.

TweetFlax oil really doesn't have that much of a taste AOM. Try codliver oil one day, lol! I used to do a couple tablespoons in the am, but alot of ppl put it in their shakes. I use the 1000mg liquid caps now.

Now see, I got so immune to the taste of Apple cider vinegar that people look at me strange when I tell them I just swig a mouth full from the bottle. But tell them flaxseed oil tastes like ass, and they look at you funny.

The tuna is bearable with the oil and the oil isn't as strong flavored.
It's easy and works OK for me.
