I got plenty of sausage and ground deer meat. I work at a processor a few nights a week and get tons for free. Got some mean link sasuage too from hogs.

I would love to say I know a lot about it. But the last time my boy From Johnson City, TN came up to PA with some, I don't remember a phuquing thing afterwards. So all I do know is that I tried it. Everything after that was a blur.

LMFAO, Its good stuff if you know of anybody that can make it without burning the mash. You know it is done right if it smells like a sharpie when it boils off.

2 lbs ground beef
1 large chopped onion
2 packs of chili seasoning (lawreys or whatever brand)
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of chili beans (hot or mild)
1 BIG can of diced tomatoes (or 2 regular cans)
1 can of tomato juice



brown hamburger.....drain fat.....add all ingredients and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours. serve with chili powder and crackers.....

mmmmmmm......winter time i'll usually make this at least twice a month

instead of the hamburger, do beef tips, cook till the meat falls apart, i've used chicken, deer meat, steak, pork.. love it all.. wife hates it.. but hey.. what ya going to do..
