Im leaner than I've ever been but when I look in the mirror from the side I have a pooch. It looks funny b/c I lost fat all over except my stomach, what gives? Im also smaller than ever from the fat loss, not a great thing to see when I look in the mirror.
Im doing cardio in the morning with only whey and my CEE, aminos, clen, ect....
I've been carb cycling, trying to lose this damn fat.
Im going nuts! Help me out here!!!
TweetI feel ya bro. I`ve been dieting, running, training, clen/t3/eca, water, more cardio, chicken breast and rice, etc. My chest has striations from hell, my damn quads have striations! But right at that last, lowest part of the 6pac I`ve got this sticky fat that just wont go away.
I think that there is a little difference from fat that you gained after your last cutting cycle and fat that you`ve had since birth. That baby fat is the absolute last to go.
Tweetkeep in mind, thats the VERY LAST part to go when dieting. you just have to keep it up a little while longer, it'll go.

TweetI feel you bro. I'm in the same situation. The lower abs and obliques have very stubborn fat. It won't go away. Just keep dieting and training it will come, hopefully!!!
