fwiw, alot of times that pattern has to do with carbohydrates and insulin spikes

just like someone who can't stop eating a whole pack of cookies a gallon of ice cream

it's the chemical reaciton of insulin

so, that answers that question, the why

yet, reality is in the long run it is more harmful

the fact that you have cut down by 90% is fantastic, and the last few bouts you were more aware of what happened while you did it

first way to change something is awareness

and alot of that probably came from eating better, your much more in tune with your body, thus that reaction was so noticeable

i'm kind of with angryoldman, i don't know if you qualify, my guess is a little bit of ADD, which means you feel emotions very strongly, thus, any drug numbs you and allows you not to feel cause feeling so strongly is tiring, add in the insulin deal and there you got it

just in general your tendencies are either all gung ho, or down, or very high or very low, try and think more in terms of balance, which you seem to be doing now

and let's not forget it never hurts to expand your knowledge, visiting an AA meeting can't hurt

well guys had a talk with a buddy last night that really helped me out! my g/f stands by me she does not drink but every so often and thats because i beg her to so idon't feel bad about it. it has not ruined me or my family but i see it doing so very soon she hates seeing me fcuked up. i do it to numb the pain of other things and i LOVE being phucked up period.

NO! We leave that to the investment guys. We don't "Steal" anyones money. We just hold it, loan it out at a higher interest rate, and pay people minimal interest earnings.

dude...just stop. if i can do it, anybody can. yea, it was fun when i was in my early 20's, but it get's old! i wished i stopped, and started working out along time ago!!

Bro, it's all up to you. It doesn't matter what you take, what you do or what you belong to. Unless you are truely commited to quiting you aren't going to quit. Just phuking quit! Are you a man or a mouse? A mouse doesn't have the conscience or logic to understand why it does what it does, but you do. So start being proactive. If you have friends who always seem the get you in those places then send them packing. You have to decide to quit and then eliminate everything and everyone that is in direct opposition of your goals. That's what I had to do. I cut all ties with all friends and now I never drink, ever. Besides wine with dinner, I have no alcohol at all and that's only about once every few months. But, this would not have been possible if I still ran around with people who drank.

If a fat person trying to lose weight hangs out with their friend who works at Dunkin Dounuts, do you think they will be successful? No!
