i dont get on here much so my rep power will probably not ever be very high but i do know alot about weightlifting and nutrition and have my own message board LOL
cool my rep power is at 5 i guess that makes me the eqivalent to a newbie LOL

good point i know i am not the biggest poster out there but i am here pretty much everyday and when some post something really good i find myself just randomly rep others just so i can rep them...

the more you are here the more we see you and your posts. Already this morning i've seen 3 posts of yours that deserves rep. AAS knowledge is all fine and dandy but there are a million other things going on here as well. Daily posters that keep this board active may seem less deserving to some but who wants to come to a dead /slow board? There are all kinds of reasons to rep another member, thats all i'm saying.

Sorry, kinda went off track with that post. What i meant to say is that i'd like to rep you for each of those three posts...problem is i can't. I fully understand why that is place as you dont want a member sittting around everyday repping a buddy every 2 minutes ...but, still....

i actually really dont care to much for the rep program or post counts for that matter. i always judge people for their quality posts and not how many they have or any other method of measurement. i was just joking a little about the rep program thats all LOL
the members of boards where i have time to spend including my own, all know my knowledge level and thats all i need to keep me happy. with a constantly full pm box on my main boards i know many people out there are fully aware of my abilities to help them. sometimes i wish i was more of an unknown so i wouldnt have to answer so many pm's all the time LOL kinda makes it nice here with a low rep count

I totally agree...that has happened to me several times...then the ones i want to give rep to miss out because i do not want to give rep to people I don't really want to..

i dont know the fix, but i agree with nate. i hate the spred it around, thing. i just want to rep someone to show my appreciation for something, and move on.

Thje rep threads we usaed to have usually cleaned out my available reps so that i could start fresh and hit up anybody i wanted. it wasn't very often that i could'nt get to who i needed....

I've never recieved a rep and not sent it right back either...returning reps is a very good policy to have...
