TweetCant they follow up where the charges were made ? I had my paypal account being used by someone in the phillipines and they reimbursed me back but took awhile a month or so . Same thing happened with my visa and got reimbursed have to do paper work headache .

no, i process credit cards for my business. fraudulent charges were made on their credit card. I mailed to the theif, now the real card owner charges back the original charge. The money is taken from my account and I don't get the merchandise back.
