Tweethmm it never asked my height??? It said I should weigh 135...um..I don't THINK so ..lol I just went and weighed myself at 124...I like that much better...although I was 128 before I started working out!

TweetYeah, I should be LBW 122.73lbs and my "ideal" LBW at 15%BF at 110.84 lbs. I lost thirty pounds when I got really sick, so that means my lil ass woulda been a dead 71 pounds !!!! im 168.9 and probally between 9 and 11% BF now.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
