I got chocolate milk and rocky road. I think the company just sucks. Im going to give them a call once i get my package and see what took so long. They have a 5lb container but from what I've seen its a better deal to buy 2 of the smaller ones.

I do a cup of fat free cottage cheese with a tiny bit of jelly for flavor. I hear a meal is the way to go and that the casien in cottage cheese burns slower lowering the chance of your body going catablic and burning muscle at night.

Tweetjust thought i'd bump this. a good bud of mine ordered, got the email confirmation and said it would be 1-7 business days...ended up getting it in two. he ordered a 2.5lb of MM and 20 packs of MM....well instead, they sent him the initial 2.5lb tub he bought, but instead of the 20 packs, they sent a 2.5lb tub of that flavor. so he called them once and no answer. he called again and a guy on the other end said "well, just keep the 2.5lb tub, and i'll send out the 20 packs no charge. it would cost more to have you send the tub back and all that crap, so just keep it." now hows that for ****ing service?!?!?! i'm definitly ordering from them now...again, good find O2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TweetOk in my opinion the Rocky Road is just ok. I had the pineapple bannana smoothie kind before and its great. I opened a tub of the chocolate milk kind today and its pretty good too.
