my workout with ya. I've been doing a good bit of raw training lately since I don't have any meets coming up and was pretty happy with the way today turned out.
Started with the squat down to a parallel box with a pause. bar x5, 145x5, 235x5, 325x3, 415x1, 465x1, 505x1, 555x1 all felt good and I feel like I had another 35-30 pounds in me easy but I never go all out in the gym, I always leave a little in the tank, gotta save the balls to the walls for a meet. Stripped the bar down and did deadlifts off of a 2" box: 405x1, 455x1, 495x1, 545x1 all felt good, hit abs, weighed (199.5) and went home. Total time in the gym was 45 min. I usually take a little longer but had some other shit to do during lunch so I kinda rushed it.
