      get a piece of cable (with 2 wires)... attach a plug on one end, and strip the other end so u got the wires exposed... attach the wires, parallel, close to each other, but NOT touching, to the button of the door bell... make it look nice so he doesn't suspect anything... hide the cable so u can't see it... plug it into an outlet... and wait...
      i promise he'll be more careful next time he decides to ring any bell... ever...
