TweetYou know the problem with this is? Everyone will just fill up a day early and then there will be no effect. The best would be if everyone just didn't drive there car anywhere for one full day. That's would surely rock their world. But, we all know that wont happen.
The next best is to boycott only those companies that buy oil from the Middle East. That is a reasonable task. You just avoid Chevron, Shell, Texaco, you know the big ones. There is a list somewhere of where companies buy their oil. If only get gas at places who buy domestic oil you create and force a need to build more local refineries and more local oil rigs.

TweetI was listening to a talk radio show here in az and they did a poll about how high the gas would have to get before people would slow down or stop buying it. People were calling in saying "Oh um ah yeah I'd say about 5 or 6 bucks for sure, ya" Some people were even saying it would have to get over 7 bucks before they say fuck this. People are getting to be so rediculously stupid these days.

TweetThey pay almost $7 in Holland and they pay over $6 in a few Euorpean countries. The cheapes in Venz, where its' $.12. That's right, 12 freakin cents a gallon. That's because they drill and refine their ouwn oil. Something we could do to if the Democrates would quit voting it out.
