TweetI've had a hard time wanting to go right after work, mostly because of food timing I think. I end up going around 8 so I can get a meal in after work and then wait for that to digest. But I think intensity would be better around 5:30 so I am going to try to switch to that just have to adjust my meals a bit to get it timed right

TweetI go around 1pm just take a long lunch during the wk and on Saturdays, and i also do stuff at home during the wk.
