I know they have logs of what adresses we hit up so its bound to come up someday..

it will be displayed in whatever device is running firewall software. this can be a dedicated piece of hardware (firewall) or a software set in a domain controller or even a pc.

all outgoing connections are monitored though this device and can be traced to the IP of the specific machine that made the web request.

it all depends on how things are set up really... which is dependent on individual company policies and whether or not they ae enforced.

most companies' IT departments have the ability to log into any workstation on the network and see what the user is up to at any given time, in REAL TIME.

a lot of times your use is tracked and logged in case they ever want to fire you, so they easily have a case should you try to sue.
