I have one that follows me from house to house and all of my friends freak out with the crap that happens. I just learn to joke about it and not let it bother me.

They say a good way to get rid of bad spirits is say out loud when that stuff happens "In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to leave" If that really works I don't know. But thats what I've read in a few different places.

Last night I awoke again - didn't hear any noises but had to pee. After I crawled back in bed - this unbelievable fear overcame me. It's like I was anticipating the previous nights events to happen again. Therefore, I didn't get much sleep last night as well. I'm loosing my phucking mind.

TweetI am intrigued by spirits, but I would probably shit My pants if i even encountered one. There is one that lives in the bathroom of my boyfriends house, I won't go in there without the lights on. Sucks when you have to pee in the middle of the night
