Tweeti maxed out like 7 days ago. i pressed 335 on bench. it went up slow and when i stood up it felt like i was stabbed. i thought i just strained my abs or something. then i noticed i had a bump in my belly button. i can push it in and out of the tear. ill be all good soon. its not supposed to be a big deal. ill be out a few days and then i come back slow. ill keep u posted.
