I want to know why people lose all sense of awareness and protocal when traffic lights blink red. We aren't disarming a nuclear device here, everybody look to your right and proceed with caution. If you're not sure just wait 30 seconds and your turn will come to you and establish the correct order again. For some unknown reason to me, nobody knows what to do when this problem arises.
Some things i notice:
1) People automatically go into panic mode.

2) Theres always the aggressive driver that takes somebody elses turn and flyes through the intersection creating chaos.

3)Theres always an elderly person that can't see over the dashboard just sitting there pissing off the aggressive guy.

4) Theres always somebody taking this brief moment in time to apply makeup or to fix their hair.

5) Theres always the "cool kid" blasting his music so loud that its scaring the old person and disrupting the pattern of their pacemaker.

6) Theres always the trasient stopping somebody asking for money, this always happens to be the person who's turn it is. *sigh*

7) Don't even get me started on the guy that edges out into the middle of the intersection and then decides its not really his turn.

8) theres always a stoned guy that sits there amazed by the blinking lights losing all sense of reality.

9) Theres always a mother crossing the street with her 12 children and all their friends.

10) Theres always some guy on a bike that comes flying out of nowhere in his "tuck" position so he looks cool while people are flipping him off..

11) I'm spent, this one is for you guys
