      I'm no doctor bro. I've read it three times now and still have yet to figure it all out. Thats why i posted it. Guys like T-man and others that are able to grasp this stuff could help us in figuring it out.

      So far what i've come up with and i'm probably wrong but hey, who cares.... In the simpelest way to put it so most of us will understand it, The high occumulation of latic acid provided by the touriquet during the set somehow triggers an immediate response to the secretion of and equally high amount of HGH.... thats my take on it...whats yours?
