Tweetmick's advice is good mikey, but i think i know how you feel. i am constantly taken advantage of becouse i want to, not only do my job, but i want to REALLY help the customer. it's hard to just let it go and wait for someone else to pick up the slack, becouse i feel it's a direct reflextion on me. and i dont want to make the customer pay for someone elses lazy ass....i think you got the ideal. find a new job first. dont quit untill you have somewhere else to land...good luck!

As your manager, if I saw how easily you lost your temper, I wouldn't even consider you for a raise or promotion. Yes, you may work hard, but who knows when you are going to lose your temper again.

I think you need to get that in check.

well he has no choice ...he is gonna give me a raise no mater what..he needs my ass .... other wise i told him , fired me !!!!!!!! buthe can't fire me wt no reason and i can always let the customer wait and let him deal wt it./...

just keep taken care of the customer..push the numb-nut for a raise, not to hard YET,keep looking for another job, and when the time comes (AFTER you got something else lined up) call him out...tell him, give ya the money or you gotta go. if that dont work, turn in your walking papers and make sure you send copies of your resignation to the next guys up the line.(you never know if there looking to replace him!!!)
