      HAD A PHYSICAL FROM A DOC RECENTLY AND HE MADE ME COUGH BUT MADE ME COUGH LIKE 4 TIMES WELL FIRST I THOUGHT I HAD ONE OF THOSE QUEER DOCS BUT HE SAID I HAVE A VERY MILD HERNIA ON THE LEFT SIDE.I HAVE NO PAIN SO HE JUST SAID TO WATCH IT.

      be careful FUZo i have a bud on my rugby team who is out 4 the season because he had a mild one that lead 2 a very severe hernia...be careful

      I got one of those too. Somtimes it gets sore. most of the time it's ok though. just don't overstress the area enought to make it tear.
