      Is a FREAK!!!!! March 19th at the APF GA state meet, Phil Harrington competed in the 181's and not only set a new all time squat WR, but SHATTERED it. Phil smoked a 900 squat and looked to have been capable of another 30lbs. Phil's total was 2010 with only 5 weeks of training. This makes Phil the lightest man to ever squat 900lbs! He trains at North Georgia Barbell in Marietta. This gym is one of the few that has produced some insane lifters. Big props to NGBB.

      No, I didn't get to make it up there but a buddy of mine went and took his video cam. Phil is one hell of a nice guy and a true freak. Any time your at a meet and see those NGBB guys walking around you know there's going to be some sick shit. I met Steve Goggins and Kara Bohigian last year at the GNC Show of Strength where she squated 550, benched 385 and deadlifted a little over 500 @148. They are all class acts.
