TweetDo any of you guys/girls stop at a gym early in the morning to work out before work? How does that work for you? Do you prefer it, or is it just the best time for your schedule?

TweetI workout 6 mornings a week! I love it personally, it is one less thing for me to remember and it also gets my butt into bed early.
I get up at 5:45 - head to the gym for cardio or weight lifting ( on an empty stomach since I am cutting) - the toughest part was dragging myself outta bed the first week.
Tweeti go on my lunch break because i prefer to have my evenings open to play guitar or Xbox. its nice after a long day to already have the gym out of the way
Tweeti use to, has its pros and cons. when i did it i had no choice, i prefer to go on lunch break or after work. alot more strength for me at night
TweetI use to workout in the morning but had to switch to mid-morning due to commitments at work. It's tough adjusting but I think my new schedule will work out well.

TweetI do in the morning, but I prefer the afternoon.
TweetIn the morning you have more water in your intervertebal discs from the creep and historesis of laying supine/prone at night. So doing squats in the morning would be the best.
Tweeti do cardio and abs in the am. like run, swim,or bike. i dont have the energy to lift afterwards so i lift later at night. cardio in the am really wakes me up.
