      Saterday started off great got up had good breakfast went to the gym for 9am.Had 1hr of hot yoga witch let me tell you its great hot women espeically the owner and the stretch is great also.From there to about 1-1/2 of legs my favorite excersize and 15min of tanning things are going my way.Not for long call home make sure they don't need any thing my three kids race for the phone.My daughter only 4 tries to jump of the couch back wards trips mashes head on fireplace.So I'm on the phone with my oldest son he's freaking out from all the blood.Wife rushes every one to the hospital I meet every one there and 3-1/2 hours later and 3 staples we all go home.And to top it all off it's all my falt because I went to train.But any way my dautgher is fine and what was left of are day went fine,hope everyone had a better saterday later.

      Glad your daughter is ok. I tried a yoga/tai chi class 2 weeks ago and the instructor was a fat guy. Well he was shaped weird. He looked really thin until you looked at his legs and they were fat and out of shape. Kind of threw me off. But anyways I found out that I am not a flexible person. I couldn't do any of those exercises to save my life. I kept getting back pain with every stretch. I barely could walk after the class was over. It was harder than lifting. I'm not doing it again.
