I found some stuff at the drug store called "AIRBORNE" and it has been pretty effective for my immune system. I recommend it highly.

I will get over it in like 1-2 days. Emergen-C can be found at natural food stores and Sams Club, the Echinacea with Golden Seal can be found almost anywhere and will also boost your emuine system and the Golden Seal is like a natural antibiotic. Also, blueberries are the highest in antioxydents. Eat these atleast 2 days a week to keep toxins in the body to a minimum. You can put a hand full in a shake or in cereal. bro that is all the same things i went through last week....was sitting in front of the tv or at my desk and the rears where just running.....your right if you can get to the doc soon that will be a good thing, i ended up going after creating my own science experiment of over the counter meds and they didn't work.
