TweetLol.. well except for yesterday. Broke down and had some peanut butter and jam on toast. I'm sure that added like 500cal's to the days total right thereOriginally Posted by SUGARBABY

TweetGreat job!
but... Uh oh, I'm probably eating too much then! I usually have around 1200 a day? Is that too much for someone if they're trying to lose a little body fat? (I'm 5'7'' 120ish)
Thanks!

TweetCongrats on your loss! You're well on your way to reaching your goal.
I've gone as low as about 1300 before, or less if I'm carb cycling, but I normally cut at around 1500. Just curious - do you feel like you're losing mostly fat at those cals, or are you afraid alot of it will be muscle? I've always been afraid to go too low for too long 'lest I lose my hard-earned muscle, but maybe I've been mistaken, which is why I ask. TIA!
TweetYes, I'm definately concerned about muscle loss. And I AM expecting some loss.Originally Posted by w8girl

Also, I find that re-gaining the muscle lost after harsh cutting is fairly easy to accomplish. There can be an amazing re-bound effect.
As my body fat get's lower, I do plan on increaseing the calories to help offset the muscle loss.
