You're genetics are probably the same, as you age, due too many chemical changes in the body it takes more discipline to get less. As least that has been my experience.
It sucks, fighting mother nature, is not one I think I can win, so just try and get better.

TweetI only take a break one week a year. I get depressed if I don't work out. My energy level drops and I get down on myself. The week I take off is when I visit my parents in Florida. I still do lots of cardio stuff when I visit, long walks, stairclimbing and swimming. Just don't hit the weights that week. This is probably stupid, but that is me. I hate taking time off.
