Tweetwhenever i need gym motivation there is nothing like watching "pumping iron"
TweetI'm 5 days out of back surgery and going friggin nutz, does anyone know any good reading material (fitness minded) or flicks to keep my motivation going because the way i feel is very depressing. i have not worked out in 2 weeks and probably won't for another 6 wks. this the longest layoff from the gym in 8 yrs. for me i hope i can make it without having to take any innocent lives j/k. just had to write something to get my mind moving. have a good day fg.

Tweetthanks for the heads up but if watch "pumping iron" more time i would surely loose it (i literally watched it 10 times in the week). as well i if i read another page out of the arnold encyclopedia or anabolics 2004 my eyes will fall out of my friggin head. GP i never read oxygen but coming into deperate measures. the latest flex issues have blown (other than the lest arnold special of course ) i read the same shit every month in there i think. well i've been on this site for about 2 hrs now i think i hear meds & a nap calling to big T. b.b.s. peace out. time to free my mind.Originally Posted by edvedr
