I haven't heard of probs with Benz brake systems, and if she did have a prob, then why in God's name didn't she pull over and turnoff the ignition instead of endangering other ppl lives and vehicles? I was rear ended about three months ago, while stopped at an intersection, but i wasn't the first in line. She didn't stop because she was not paying attention while talking on her cell phone. To top it off she fought it in court and they droped points, so all she had to pay was a $70. fine, while i had to miss part of work two days and take my time getting two estimates, just burned my ass!

TweetDamn those people who use cell phones while driving. I drive a stick so I rarely use a cell when I'm driving just only while trying to get directions. Buy yeah our justice system sucks. Cell phone use while driving should be considered illegal in every state.

TweetNo BG it isn't. Even if it were, i think it would be very hard to enforce. I have a voice activated speaker phone in my car so i can dial and talk while keeping my eyes on the road and hands on the wheel.
