- My city spent 5 millions on a "ethnic cultural centre". A centre that will serve 1.5% of the population. spent 1.2 millions in fireworks for a children festival, but reduced the waiste collection to one day a week to save 1.6million a year! sheez!

- My government are so alienated in poltical correctness than male and female connections in wire must now be Pol correct too and must say connection 1 to connection 2.

- If I look in a government brochure and if I see ten people on it, they will put 2 chinese, 1 hindu, 2 arabs, 3 blacks, 1 latino and 1 white. Sheez I thought we were the majority. Oh nooooo we are pooor caucasians and we are alienating them with our values and law.

- We just formed an Islamic jury for 0.5% of the population, they cant accept our LAWA

- We are not allowed to show our public christian faith, neither have xmas, easter or passover celebration or decoration outside as it alienates the non-christian of this city.

- The majority, their kids can have a christian base values, neither have a cross, they took christian sign out, but the Sikth can have their kirpa, the muslim their veil..... but us poor majority suck it up!

And for Pres Bush, I hate the guy as he's responsible for 20 000 jobs lost in my area. He HIMSELF cancelled many contracts (US military) to protest Canada refusal to back the War. Very childish of his part!
Ex: Bell Helicopter here: 2000 lost as he cancelled the contracts for marines helicopter as reprisal.

He's a threat to the US, hurt the US more than it deserve, he's a fool.

as to question 1):
Yes..they believe Bush was either totally blinded by inaccurate info from our best intel sources regarding the threat, or Bush decided with his cohorts to potentially send thousands of young Americans off to their death in a war they wanted to start for nebulous reasons(nevermind the Congress overwhelmingly approved action against Iraq--even the democrats)

as to question 2):
Saddam may or may not have been a very bad dictator in the grand scheme, and anyway, it cost ALOT of money to free a people from fear and the UN sanctions killed more people probably anyway(which hussein brought on his country himself)...hmm...money vs freeing people for democracy---a "western ideology that is foreign to arabs"..I think freedom is not foreign to anyone.

as to question 3):
the un didnt see the need to kick hussein out. hmm....17 resolutions demanding compliance.

as to question 4):
vandoo agrees that the taliban had to go and afghanistan was a terrorist sanctuary. other commentor hasnt read the 9/11 commission report.
