      My doctor just called and on Thursday i am getting a epidural steroid injection. Anyone know what this is?

      Its not that big of a deal. They will numb up an area on your back with novacaine (this is the only part that stings). They then use an x-ray machine to guide a needle into the area adjacent to your spine that is involved. They then inject steroids and a long acting novacaine into the space adjacent to your spine. This sometimes feels "tight" The needle is removed and you're on your way.

      i got no pain relife from mine i dont think they are worth it at all but everyone is diff try it atleast ounce

      Ok i was not expecting this. I was told i was getting trigger point injuections and i thought that it was something to do with making the muscles that are tight loose
