- 40 yo male, 6"2', 225, 13-14%BF
- Lifting seriously for 2 years or so, casualy, for fitness sake, for about 10
- Into hiking, sea kayaking, rock climbing, downhill skiing, skiing, did I mention skiing?
- Was a MLB pitching prospect, until I tore the $hit out of my shoulder. I can lift (although inclines tend to bother me) but, I can't pitch.
- I'm a computer geek - I won't tell you for who, you'll probably ban me!!!
- current cycle (started 6/21):

Weeks 1,2,3,11,12 Prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 1-12 Tren 75mg EOD
Weeks 1-10 Cyp 500mg / week
Weeks 1-10 EQ 600mg / week
Weeks 1-4 Dbol ("blue hearts") 50mg ED
2 weeks on/2 weeks off Clen (I've ramped up to 160mcg and holding steady) for a total of 6 weeks on
ECA while off Clen

- This includes protein shakes, 2 per day, one post-workout, taken with dextrose, and one before bed.
- It doesn't include veggies, I eat a good amount of green veggies and (limited amount) carrots.
