Regardless, the kids probably look up to you and what you have accomplished in the gym - maybe you could offer some advice.

I do not allow anyone under the age of 15 to be in my gym without parental supervision and by supervision i mean standing right next to them, not on the other side of the facility. Also i do not allow more than 3 kids per adult. People tend to use gyms as drop off day care, you have to let them know tha its not.

I do make exceptions for the HS cheerleading squad tho..hehehe

TweetI hate the old people and kids that clearly see you are on the machine and just fuck it all up with there setting, wait a fucking minute! and there is a lot more junk they can use! but I would say at my gym I hate the guys who are *****s with there wife beaters looking like they have only been in the gym once in there life and get in the way or ask too many questions!
