you guys need to check things out when it comes to lite/ low carb beers.

the reason i say this is bc my wife broke down the calorie count on the back of a coors light bottle and could only come up with half of what it listed so she called the number on the bottle to find out where the remaining calories where coming from...get this, they said that since its alcohol the do not have to list it and that they could not tell her where the 100 something calories was coming from.....why? who knows but they wouldnt tell her????

try it, break it down then call them on it...see what they have to say

mhm.....lets not forget how many cals are in beer regardless.

and.........the most important and detrimental part......THE ALCOHOL. As much as we are desensitized to it, it is still a toxin and poisonous. Not to mention what it does to protein synthesis.....

FDA does not require listing alcohol on the nutritional labels. This means they do not have to list the calories in the alcohol, but they do have to list the calories from the macronutrients. Alcohol is not a macronutrient, despite what some people may think. lol
