Just a little bit of "learning & growing" taking place. Seems like you are doing the right thing, and taking action in the right direction, a major plus for you.

Your attitude is A+, possible seems you are not getting same commitment from management that you have for good service, which puts most everything in a turmoil, due to the fact most conflicts in life are value conflicts.

Tweetthings are going well. I am personal training now and hope to expand outside the gym I work and get outside clients. Best of all I have more time with my family and there is a whole lot less stress at my job.

Tonite was my first nite and I had fun. Its a small Korean place. The cool part is they feed me dinner for free and I can get some outstanding grilled chicken and stirfried veggies.
