TweetGood monday morning, I just ate the best breakfast that I've had in the past 6 months.
1- Isopure Protein Shake (carb cuttin still)
1- Bowl of Oatmeal
4- Egg Whites
1- Shot glass with Grape Juice and a dash (.5ml) of Reforvit!!!
FYI- Why reforv??? Because it was a 50ml and it was free!
