      from my shoulder dislocation my whole upper arm (delt, bicep and tricep) are purple/green... and it's slowly descending towards my forearm... it looks really gross... cant do notihng to it yet cuz my shoulder kills every time i try to move my arm even an inch...
      are there any tips/tricks on how to make the bruise go away faster... thanx

      some portions of the bruise are just appearing (it happened 3 days ago)
      i was icing my shoulder 4-6 times a day the last few days... so i guess i'm just going to continue that then..

      tomorrow i got an apt. to see the specialist...

      i'm taking one oxycotin (325mg) every 3-4 hours and 400mg of ibupropfen inbetween...

      HEAT! i was putting heating pads on it since last nite.... and within a day it went from purple to green, to pink...
      it's kinda red now, and the blue is almost all gone...

      yeah i just came back from the doctor... and he told me i did right... the 1st 72hours to ice it and after that to heat it...
      heat apparently expands the bloodvessels so that more blood gets in there and can remove the old blood easier...
