hurts like hell. It hurt a few wks ago but I only noticed it when I would do pushing movements in the gym. That time it only hurt for a few days and then it was back to normal. Well, yesterday I woke up and it was hurting like hell. I'm wondering if I slept on it wrong maybe. It hurts to twist or move it. Hell, I can barely wipe my ass...lol, but I'm serious. And like an idiot I still forced myself to do sets of 10 with 225 for chest yesterday. That is not too heavy of a weight so I figured it wouldn't hurt it. But today it's the same pain as yesterday. Any ideas what it might be. Oh anf I am in my 3rd wk of winny at 50mg ed. But I wasn't taking it last time it hurt. Yet it does hurt a lot more this time.
