      Just got my teeth cleaned today and I have a new dental hygienist. She is beautiful. So what do you guys think about this:

      Weeks 1-24 (6month cycle)

      Brush 3 times ed
      Floss 1 time ed
      Scope 3 times ed

      Week 20-24

      Bleach trays on for 8 hrs at night. I thought this would be good since I only have enough for 4 weeks and I want to come in really white for my next cleaning.

      Of course, I'll keep coffee and sodas to a minimum and elimate them completely in weeks 20-24.

      What do you guys think? All suggestions are welcome.
