      explain MMA.... Im guessing its basically like ultimate... reality fighting. I practiced Tae Kwon Do off and on for 10 years, but got sick of all the tradition and history. I want to focus more on fighting. I was interested in either BJJ or Muay Thai.. but there seems to be no place in this town that offers either. there is one guy who teaches japanese ju-jitsu. how different are the two?
