Tweeti saw this guy last week on the leg press machine. take the 45 lb plts lower storage rack place them on the top storage rack we are talking like 3 plts each side then he started his workout with no weight it looked to me like he was struggling so i walked over and nicely explained that he was not using any weight other than the platform he just turned really red and walked to the locker room,,...i guess he got more of a arm work out ..have not seen him since.
