Never, in your hectic day, forget about your own needs. Spend an hour with yourself if you can. Remember again who you are inside. Take 60minutes and guard against compromising that hour.

Take your minutes and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, watching the world wake up around you. Have an evening drink, and watch the stars come out at night. Light a few candles on your desk, and read a chapter from that book you promised yourself you would finish so long ago. Draw a hot bath and luxuriate in it's encompassing warmth, letting your worries seep out of your skin. Take an afternoon and go to the beach, watching the waves crash against the shoreline. Take a nap in a hammock, letting a gentle breeze cool your thoughts.

Above all - calm your thoughts and release your concerns. If only for sixty minutes.
