TweetSame person test you both times?
Sorry, but 5lbs LBM in 2 weeks is damn near unbelieveable. Even with the use of AS.
TweetI just got my bodyfat tested today and im amazed...
7-29-03: 7.0%bf @ 180lbs= 167.5lb lean body mass 12.5fat mass
8-14-03: 6.1%bf @ 184lbs= 172.8lb lean body mass 11.2 fat mass
(the bf was tested by calipers so they are pretty close to the real thing)
Thats roughly a 5lb muscle gain in 2 weeks without using any anabolic steriods!!! so happy with these results
btw im 17 yearsold

RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
Hindsight is always 20/20. But looking back it's still a bit fuzzy.
Tweeti know man, and yes the same person tested it both times... i really couldnt believe it nor could he, i have it on paper if you would like me to take a picture of it or something... but i doubt he calculated it wrong
TweetHeck I'll believe you.
Keep up the good work. In a few years you'll have a great foundation to start juicing with.

TweetNot really any big secret, im sure my age is a big advantage
I workout really hard 5 days a week, 1 bodypart a day
Take creatine, ala dextrose post workout and keep my protein at about 200+ g's a day with a perfect diet and go running/or do cardio about 3 times a week... even the personal trainer thought i was using AS! lol
TweetLosing almost 1% BF and gaining 5lbs of lean mass is a bit unheard of..... if you know what I mean.
Tweetgood work bro
TweetGood job

TweetNice work, and solid dedication - but you didnt gain 5lbs in two weeks. Regardless - keep up the awesome progress!
Tweetthanks guys... i suppose he could have miss measured
Tweetgood job brother. I think its possible to gain 5-10 pounds without gear. I say this because I was 210 before and went to 200 before I restarted working out again. I upped my meals from 5 to 8 meals a day and hit the weights at 85-90% of 1-max rep. I gained 10 pounds in about 2-3 weeks without gear. Now that I did my cycle in May, just finished 3 weeks ago, I weigh 230 right now. Feeling great about it.
TweetAwesome job, thats a lot of lean mass to put on. I know I can put on about 15 pounds in one week but it would all be twinkie cream and ding dongs.
