Damn! Has anyone else caught the first 2 hrs of this 2 part series about ******'s rise to power? I think they did a great job of giving a quick history of how he moved up the ranks and the horrific power that man had.
Then there are people that say it should not have been aired. WTF? I still don't understand how some people think that ignoring history whether it is bad or good, is a wise decision.
And there are those that deny any of that ever happened......
Great movie though! Part II tonight.

Yeah, the same time as the finale of 24 Looks like I am going to have to record the first hour of ******.
I know! Ahhhh! Hmmm...if you record only the first hour, that means you're going to watch the second hour? Weird.....
TweetHAHA~You know I just like catching your mishaps. :p And yes, I figured you would choose 24 over ******.Originally posted by blm9376
I misspoke through my text....that would be weird, I will actually record all of it. I have to watch 24 first hand though, the aticipation is already killn' me.
TweetIt is so weird how he could have been such a great inspiration coming out of basically nowhere and leading a country............Originally posted by blm9376

It's a tragedy that such a brilliant mind was so twisted and evil. Imagine the things that a mind like that could have done, if he had good intentions.
I think his brilliance only came out of anger. Not sure had he been 'normal' he could have been so powerful.

His brilliance came from the passion that he had for his beliefs, had his beliefs been for the good of man, I think he would have been just as powerful.
Just seemed like his 'passion' came from soooo much anger. Due to things he experienced in life. I believe he had alot of insecurities as well.
Tweetagreed! It has also been said that he had ADD and other physcological problems.Originally posted by BouncersBabe
