Probably part of where liver king got the idea from lol. "If Arnold can push liver tabs, I can make people eat testicles and get rich off it." I can't see how anyone fell for that. One look at the guy and you can tell he's not natural. Shows the ignorance of the general public.

if you want to be tech about it. primal people where pretty damn fat in all reality. that way they could survive in famine. that's why it is such a pain in the ass for us normal people to get super lean and have to fight our bodies and trick them into doing so. i cant stand that dude and never heard of him till someone walked up to me in a store and asked me if i was him. not a clue who the fuck he was up till that point. then all the podcasts started popping up and i was like what the fuck, that dude is a moron but a hell of a marketer for sure. pretty sure the only reason he thought i was him is because i was about 6 or so weeks out from a show and i have a monster beard and was tanning
